Cambodia

So far on this trip we have been constantly followed by one unnatural phenomenon or another.  On the way to Siberia we had unusually high seas.  In Japan there was constant threat of a looming typhoon.  In China we were told a Volcano erupted in Indonesia (that’s where we were headed) but the typhoon was still threatening to rear it’s ugly head in our path. In Thailand we heard that the volcano erupted again and there were Tsunami warnings. All we needed now were locusts and pestulence.  But our little ship just sailed on and on and we were never affected by any of it.  Except the heat and humidity – which I am now becoming used to.

However, we just finished 2 grueling days in Bangkok and Hank and I were beat.  We elected to stay on the ship and nurse my sore knees.  M and R went to shore and had a great time. But because I am 3 ports behind in blogging and Robin is off the ship in Bali, we’ll have to wait for her return and the pictures she took. So stay tuned for more on Cambodia and Bali.
